Dopo un ritardo iniziale, che sarebbe stato trascurabile, il pacco è stato segnato come spedito (con tanto di tracking) per poi scoprire dopo quasi un mese e numerose sollecitazioni che non era nemmeno pronto. Altri 20 gg per avere il rimborso (ottenuto saltando l’assistenza via chat e chiamando direttamente in azienda dove hanno agito tempestivamente.
