Very convenient for laptops and Mac Minis. Includes power supply. Be warned, documentation claims 3TB max drive size. Have not tested with 4TB+ drives, have not tested 1-touch backup software. Most drives are thinner than the opening and will wobble unless you wedge some foam in there, but many docks have this problem. There are better docks but they cost 3-4x as much.
