I paid roughly $500 for this dress. The description states, if there’s any defect by the sellers part that the dress is returnable. The crystals on the dress are so poorly glued onto the dress that I had bare spots as I opened it. I’ve never tried it on, but crystals covered the floor when I removed it from the packaging. I contacted the seller and asked them to take the dress back, but they refused. The return policy is not as stated in the ad.
