Ricevuto un primo messaggio (automatico suppongo) dal venditore che mi avvisava dell’ avvenuta spedizione, alla richiesta del tracking mi viene risposto che il prodotto era ancora in preparazione (quindi non spedito a differenza di quanto comunicato precedentemente), dopo qualche giorno ricevo ulteriore comunicazione di avvenuta spedizione, questa volta col tracking. Ovviamente il prodotto è arrivato con quasi una settimana di ritardo
