    Was promised a shipping window and that I would have them on time for a trip I was planning. They never arrived (still haven't) and it appears that seller didn't even ship them until a week after I had paid for them. On top of that, it appears that there is NO TRACKING on an International shipment, so seller apologizes and says the items are still at the "courier" encountering customs problems. This is now WEEKS past the promised delivery date. Seller DID finally refund all my money....
