Drilled cast iron head with a 18.5mm drill and slowly tapped with sufficient lube and backed it out often to clean tap threads. Screwed insert in with spark plug but put red lock tite on insert threads so it stayed in place. Put anti seize on plug threads to allow it to come back out.
