    As described! Fast shipper! Great eBayer! Some small parts must have fell out of packaging due to shippers mishandling, but not sellers fault. Just the wrong cotterless pin and tee handle with chain is on some UPS truck! Lol.

    HI,The t-handle pin with chain was taped to the packing list and then taped to the parts.
