I bought 2 hats: 1 wrong one was sent, the other didn't look like the photos. I never got a response if they had the right one in stock to exchange, and it's still listed for sale... I shipped them back together and that turned into an ordeal where the seller was unresponsive for 5 days, and then incredibly poor communication lead to a hassle to get the 2nd hat refunded. They're both refunded now.
