- b***p (23)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseAs advertised. Wish I could find one that was AMC specific as I used it in a 1972 AMC Javelin AMX. It is just a bit long but unless you are a concours level restorer, you would never notice. Could easily be shipped in a padded mailer versus a box. There are no instructions for removing the gear on the end but it is just a press fit. You can punch the old shaft off with a small punch and tap it on with a small hammer with a light touch.

They also have a good, older instructional video on youtube. Clock worked perfectly the first time. Only thing I noticed was the kit was very small and shipped in a pretty large box for it's size. No big deal on my end but i did spill packing peanuts everywhere....lol.
