Ho acquistato due redancie (o radancie) in nylon per la mia barca e il venditore mi ha addebitato due volte le spese di spedizione. Lo ho contattato segnalando il problema e mi ha risposto che sbagliavo la procedura di acquisto ("Lei deve fare acquistalo subito e non usare il carrello"), trattandomi anche da sprovveduto, Sarebbe stato molto più semplice rimborsarmi i tre euro indebitamente riscossi. La cifra è poco rilevante (tre euro), non quanto il danno potenziale, da me o altri che leggono.
