Came as full Headliner. Contacted them and they said because the top was installed by Hurst I would have to cut it. I ordered the car from GM that way. If it was stated in the ad as a headliner or one that needed to be cut that would be different. I expected as advertised & wait time that it would be delivered cut & ready to be installed.
