Photos accurate but the output polarity is reversed and DOES NOT work with a Fluke 74x series like the original BE9005 power supply it says it replaces in the listing/title. If you plug it in it just won't turn on. I was able to cut the wires and reverse it but be aware it will fit and work but requires modification to work. The Fluke 70x and 74x series require an outside barrel positive (+) and inner barrel negative (-) which is opposite of the majority of power supplies.
