When it finally arrived, there were only 3 out of 5 items. The enclosed receipt had “5” crossed out, and “3” written in. However, the seller still charged me for 5 items. I tried contacting the seller 3 times, and all three attempts were ignored. Because i didn’t receive the full order, i wasn’t able to complete a bracelet for a customer.
