item never shipped....no response from vendor on correspondence....had to wait and finally get refund from EBAY.

The buyer messaged us twice and we responded both times asking how they want us to proceed with their order. We never received a response giving us clarification and because of that we could not finish processing the order. Ebay automatically issued a refund. Which we would be ok with issuing the refund ourselves if we received the guidance from the buyer.
