    ☹️A very bad shopping experience. The seller failed to adequately display the poor condition of the product in the product link, nor did they describe the poor condition of the product clearly in the product description. When I received it, I found that the clip of the ear hook was in a very bad condition and it was not made of pure silver. The copper color could be seen through. If the eBay officials require it, I am willing to provide all the materials that can prove it.

    This takes the cake!!! Buyer buys Sterling Earrings & waits 3 weeks to say they have tarnish on the back clips (also claims metal is fake). She refuses my 100% guarantee to send them back for a full refund. She says "I'm in China, and I can't send them back" even though I sent them to California (delivered Oct 11). She wants a REFUND with NO RETURN on a 23gram Sterling Item, I kindly say NO. Then it gets better, she says send me $20 & she will stop asking and not give me Bad feedback. I said NO!
