However, seller responded promptly to the complaint and issued a partial refund which I accepted as the product appears to be working.Reply from: stag-mobility- Feedback replied by seller stag-mobility.- Feedback replied by seller stag-mobility.As explained to the customer, the manufacturer leaves a note in the packaging to explain there is water residue left over from final testing which smells pretty nasty when first opening the item. This has caused several problems in the past and has caused negative feedback. We opened the item to let it air out and dry out to hopefully prevent this hence the damage to the packaging. We promptly responded to the buyer meeting their needs for a happy resolution. Many thanks Matthew
