Sadly more on FedEx than the seller but came in with some damage, more cosmetic and a tiny bit of damage on one of the corner seals, but let the seller know and they worked with me in a timely manner. Instead of going through the pain of sending it back and waiting for another they gave me a partial refund that helped go towards smoothing out the damage, now can barely tell something happened. Great customer service and got here 2 days earlier than expected.
