The box was damaged and opened as you can see in the picture from the sides. The shampoo bottles were not completely full. The serum was broken and did not have the right quantities that were on the box with the bottles were lighter than what I usually get this is not my first time purchasing these items the seller is playing games with me they ended up changing the advertisement to three months after being caught caught scam
