The screen is clear, with no noticeable bad pixels or flare streaks. Promptly despatched and delivered. Very pleased. Most importantly the existing admin user was not password locked allowing me to add my own Admin user and delete the original. Sold in a proper state for a used pc. If the bios is locked I can get this sorted via Dell or a third party service.
