    I was unimpressed with the process. I have no complaints about shipping and it was quick. The item was not true to the description. When I asked for a refund I feel the refund was not sufficient, but I didn’t feel like fighting for something so minor. Overall, I think they needed to be clearer on the original listing as the item was not in working condition, and was overpriced for being broken.
