    Shipping was reasonable, packaging was poor. Computer was loose in large box but might be ok. When I went to test it I realized the item was incomplete. It was sold with keyboard, mouse and power cable. The "power cable" is the key word, it has the cable but not the power brick this PC requires. I reached out and asked and the response was the typical "I said cable, not supply". This could easily been avoided if the listing mentioned a power supply was missing/needed.

    Item is not functioning and currently the seller is not owning this issue. I’m a computer engineer not some imbecile on the internet, I know when something is broken and this is broken. The seller also offered me only a $5 refund for over $150 item. I told them I’d be happy to remove my review if they compensated me and at least tried to take care of this issue but it seems as if they are just ignoring me.BUYERS BEWARE, I would not buy another item from this store now knowing how they treated me
