In response, the seller then argued the excellence of his packaging by way of customer feedback. Yet in this instance images show the item clearly broken. This was not a pleasant or satisfactory buying experience, nor can I recall any form of apology. I would not have confidence in buying from this seller again. The seller refunded the amount in full.
