- e***a (48)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThey arrived safely 10 days after my order, carefully wrapped in soft paper. The eBay listing was of Watson, but slides had circular seals of Wheeler, possibly the original producer. They were test slides for 1/25th inch objective lens: three dry covered, and one balsam mounted. Under the microscope, balsam mount gave an excellent uniform image, but dry covered ones did not, due to high-refractive glue that coated diatom frustules heterogeneously producing abberation. I will challenge this.
