    The postage cost was too excessive, the book casually packaged in an envelope and the item should be classified as ‘As New’ and not ‘New’. Though I wanted that book, hence the positive feedback, I am disappointed by the cost, handling and ad description.

    Really sorry if unhappy with the postage costs as sellers used to set them, but recently, this has been overtaken by ebay's "simple postage" policy and sellers have no control over this. We only generate the labels but no income from the postage costs charged.
