Shipped in a box that was too big for it, with minimal bubble wrap so it banged around in the box. i could barely get the paper holder tray to move smoothly upon removing it from the box. I was scared it was broken as it was jammed in the back and uneven. Also the printer pictured was NOT the printer i recd as the top of the printer is all banged up and scratched which is not shown in the photos. Not pleased as it was an $80 purchase and we will see if it works
