It didn't meet the description and failed to function as expected. Not only was the item broken, but the seller only offered a $20 refund, which didn't cover the time & effort spent trying to install it. The seller said that we could return it. However, after spending 3 hours for install as it has a wobble on speed levels 3 and 4 he really should of met us in the middle instead of the hassle of returning it. Stay away!
