On visual inspecion, there was some thermal paste residue around the CPU metal locking system, nothing a paper towel with some IPA cannot clean. As this is an used item, some minor usages scratches, but expected and not complainig at all; overall quite good condition. For the rest the item it is working flawlessly. I do recommend this seller.
