    Seller has Multiple Neg. feedbacks in addition to this one. Poor Description...should've mentioned that this was for charging USC items ONLY & that I would need to pay Return Shipping. Contacted Buyer who offered a 50% Refund & that I could keep the item (which I have NO Use whatsoever for) & upon declining his offer I was advised to contact E-bay, but after spending a good 1/2 hr. trying to open a case with them I gave Up!!

    Yes - I have other negative ratings. eBay shows 99% positive. It is rare to find a seller with 100% positive. I find that sometimes there is disagreement and using eBay as an arbitrator is the best way to handle it. In this case, the buyer is upset that the listing did not mention what the item "did not do". Well, I also did not mention that it was not waterproof, that it did not fly, it did not float, it was not edible, and many other things it did not or could not do. Good info on box photos.
