The original 4k bluray got lost in the post (after giving it ample time to arrive) and the seller, after checking with Auspost, promptly sent out a replacement, no arguments. The replacement arrived in 5 days. The item itself was as described and packed in a padded envelope. I would not have any problems purchasing from this seller again.
