        The item shipped did not match the photo s at all, multiple keys are heavily worn W, S, D, T, N and O keys. Also, the curser would constantly lock up after a few minutes and a forced power off was required. This was after all drivers were installed from the Dell website and all Windows updates completed. Seller did finally respond once I got ebay involved. Seller did send a shipping label for the return of the item for a refund.
