It was also packaged neatly; the seller removed the crossbody strap & secured it to keep the metal hardware from rubbing against the bag while in transit. The bag was shipped immediately after it was purchased. Communication from the seller was clear & prompt, & the bag arrived on time. I would happily purchase from this seller again.
