It is very comfortable to use. I have severe arthritis in my hands and a trigger finger on my mouse hand. My hands are on the small side and I have kinda short (and very crooked) fingers. The mouse looks large, but it works well for me. The wrist rest is nice. It does fall off easily if I pick up the mouse to move it over a stack of papers or my placemat :).
