In nice condition but unfortunately it is not usable in the U.S. eventhough its advertised as"unlocked 4G LTE" it runs on android 4.4.2 (kitkat) which is very outdated and rhe LTE bands are not compatible with U.S. carriers like strait talk ATT or T-Mobile (since 2G/3G networkshave been shut down) the listing did not mention this limitation. The phone only works over wifi (barely) and cannot connect for texts, calls, or mobile data in the U.S.
