The seller was really great answering my questions and it was shipped fairly fast. My only complaint is that the box it was shipped in was too large and there wasn’t enough padding, so it got banged around a bit, but it still seems to work. Shipped in a box that was too big for it, with minimal bubble wrap so it banged around in the box. i could barely get the paper holder tray to move smoothly upon removing it from the box. I was scared it was broken as it was jammed in the back and uneven. Also the printer pictured was NOT the printer i recd as the top of the printer is all banged up and scratched which is not shown in the photos. Not pleased as it was an $80 purchase and we will see if it works
