If it wasn't possible or very inconvenient to insure the order be delivered a certain way they should have notified us. UPS is notorious-for leaving deliveries outside. Weather here changes quickly! So, when it was discovered that the shipment was being delivered by UPS we made arrangements to be here all day. It didn't get put on the truck, tf it wasn't delivered. 3 days later we finally got it. In Rural,it's USPS 100%.
