Tried trouble shooting. Decided it wasn’t anything I could fix without getting it repaired $$$, reached out to seller, no response. Lesson learned, never buy unless it’s 100% certified refurbished. The “free insurance” on eBay is meaningless.

A great surprise, only 10 cycles for the battery providing 100% of its factory charge.
