The only nitpick I have are the ear pads. I find them a bit thin, but that was to be expected as I previously owned the AD1000X. I have a new pair of pads on the way. The condition was as described and the value is great, especially when you consider how much their new top-tier open headphones cost! They look and sound fantastic.
