    The condition is new and the appearance is quite nice. The quality of the leather is soft but appears to be durable. Only time will tell for sure. The seller had very good communications and was polite. They did their best to accommodate all of my requests for this boot. I was nervous at first with the cobbler being out of the US but the seller kept saying that I would love his work and his boots. Shipping was quick with FedEx.

As this was my first purchase from this vendor I decided just to go with the shoes. I received the shoes in the timescale promised and the shoes look fabulous. The shoes are a little snug so be careful with your requested shoe size. I am so pleased with the shoes and I love the varying blue shades of leather. The finish is superb and look a million dollars.
