      Never received item. Had to open a case with eBay and get them involved as the seller kept pointing the finger at USPS. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this seller. I reached out to inquire about why it hadn’t shipped yet and was told I was throwing a tantrum because it wasn’t late yet and that it was “dropped off days ago”

      This buyer is Extremely rude and very problematic. USPS lost his item & we refunded him in full. He just couldn't comprehend that USPS may actually have made an error & lost the item. Buyer reached out asking about his tracking info. We explained that we had dropped the item off with USPS days earlier. We contacted our local USPS, called the 1-800# to search for the item, & explained this to the buyer. USPS lost our item/our money & he is complaining. Ignorant 2 think USPS doesnt make mistakes

      VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Claims that USPS lost my package, but USPS has no history receiving it. The tracking number that he supplied shows it was shipped with Ground Advantage, however the listing promoted "priority" shipping. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for a refund. Apparently wanting the item I paid for makes me "extremely rude and problematic". Seller needs to take accountability instead of pointing the finger at USPS. Save yourself a headache and avoid this seller and all of the drama.
