I contacted the seller and they have been argumentative and combative, not at all helpful. The box it came in shows no sign of tampering so it is obvious the seller intentionally tries to deceive their buyers. All of this over $20 is crazy. They must do this quite often to earn a profit. I can NOT recommend! This seller is not safe. You said to appreciate the clarification, you returned the item and you were fully refunded. The item sent is a camera, more expensive than the remote you bought. Now what is the scam here.
