    The turbos were indeed brand new as described, however they were not 'new-in-box' and the packaging seemed a bit careless, which caused an issue with the shipper. Seller communication has been excellent, which makes a difference... End of the day I got my turbos and they are in brand new condition (pending install and runup). Overall satisfied.
