FedEx wanted an address correction and refused to accept one from me. This seller refused to respond to messages asking them to send FedEx a corrected address. The end result is that our desperately needed item was held hostage by FedEx, leaving our radio station with desperately needed equipment unavailable and neither the shipping company or the seller willing (or caring) to help. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS.
