The Bios is locked with a password and the seller would not respond to any communication about it. Granted the sale was for parts/not working because it was a barebones pc with cpu, memory and SSD removed. Overall it is a good value as it works well otherwise. Appearance wise, it had minor if any visible wear. I give it a neutral review because of the lack of communication by the seller.
