It is rough, it has no relief angle, and its not well centered. But, grind a small cup in the nose, and the thing works as well if not better- in 6AL4V and 416. And, since there is no relief, you can grind the face back .005" and have a new cutter- and there is room to do that 20x... It seems to be M2- or M4- and this seems legit. It is hard and hold form well. Unexpected- but thats OKHSS Torx Screw Rotary Broach Punch Star Spline Bit Punching Tool 0.5 inch Shank (#365364481081)
