Seller did the same enquiries I had to but wouldn’t want to resolve any further because item stated delivered tho not received. I don’t want to be harsh with the seller they did their best BUT I feel if I didn’t track the down myself I would have struggled to get my money back from the seller. Wouldn’t use again not feeling confident to buyer security if item missing.
