    The seller despatched the item promptly but it failed to arrive - entirely the fault of the mail system, not the seller. I waited weeks, concluding it had become lost. Finally gave up and contacted the seller who offered an immediate apology (none needed) and concern, soon followed by a full refund. To my amazement, the items eventually arrived! I contacted the seller offering to return the refund but they wouldn't hear of it. Outstanding attitude - this seller is a huge credit to ebay.

    Seller inadvertently advertised item as being a remote control for a Manhattan T3-R, however unfortunately it was for a T3 and not suitable for a T3-R. Easy mistake to make as they appear almost identical. Seller kindly responded within a couple of minutes and issued a refund. Excellent customer service from this seller, sorry it didn't all go to plan on this occasion, but I would happily do business with them again. Thank you.
