Contacted the seller and returned the sander for a prompt refund. I have used quite a few Lumber Jack tools and would say the quality ( and obviously the price ) varies quite a lot, perhaps they would do better to market different ranges, DIY, professional etc. But for the price they represent good value

Condition was new which is what the item was and good value for the money I paid. Only small gripe I have is unlike all my other lumberjack tools came in their own cases however this did not. Having said that I was aware of this before I purchased it as the description was accurate on eBay. Kinda old school of me but I prefer to have things boxed and tidy so I bought a box for it.

Lumberjack service was superb and they were on the ball with info and communication, however, DHL or DPD are letting this company down with their service....tracking is so confusing and it takes far too long to deliver the goods.
