I bought my dream guitar from them, a Zakk Wylde burl top Buzz Saw Barbarian, which is as awesome as it sounds, I waited 2 months to get the guitar and when it arrived the bottom of the guitar was smashed due to improper packaging. It was sent with no box and only 1/4" of styrofoam protecting the bottom of the guitar. Seller couldn't replace so I had to return it and start all over Run the other way.
