    The first mug of coffee was made this morning for my wife. She ended up with a mug full of grounds and I had a cleanup job first thing. After cleaning up the mess I made her a second mug and one for me. They turned out fine. My guess and hope is that the K-cup was faulty. I don't know since the problem hasn't recurred. I'll have a better idea in the morning as I have a brew scheduled for her again at 5 AM. Since I used the machine all day with no other issues I'm blaming the K-cup.
