    Item was underpaid for when sent so now USPS won't release it until I pay an addition $25. I would expect someone selling on Ebay would be knowledgeable at least on the shipping side of it. I am unable to pick the item up, refuse to pay extra money because the shipper failed to do it correctly on their end, so I had to refuse the delivery. I would steer clear of this seller.

    I promptly dispatched the package and informed the buyer that they had the option to refuse it. I requested that they provide me with the USPS tracking number to facilitate communication, but I was unable to reach them. It is unclear why the buyer left negative feedback, as their behavior was not particularly courteous. However, I choose to forgive them, recognising that they may have been experiencing a difficult day. I wish them only the best,
